Ariakedo Group – Barrier-free initiatives
It’s a space that everyone can participate in, and we provide support to remove barriers.
By establishing an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic in the day service, we are trying to prevent illnesses in old age, check daily health, build a body that is easy to recover by exercise, and respond quickly in case of injury. By undertaking trade work at group homes, we also create jobs, interact with foreign countries in the field of health care, and hold many events.
The following are also activities being carried out in the same space:
♡ We will provide a friend pick-up service for elderly people who cannot walk but want to meet their friends.
♡ We are working on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for intractable diseases and new cases.
♡ To make it easier to receive prenatal and postnatal treatment, it is possible to use acupuncture and moxibustion massage home visits and child-rearing support tickets as a child-rearing support project in Setagaya Ward.
♡ We offer free massage for families accompanying children with disability insurance.
♡ In addition to providing a place for families to go out, it is possible to coexist with people who use the space for other purposes.
♡ We aim to create an environment where various people can go by securing a parking lot depending on the base or using the space adjacent to the hourly parking lot, but we also provide transportation and home visits.
♡ By opening exercise equipment such as red cords used for functional recovery to people other than day service users, we are contributing to improving the health of all people and creating an open community.
♡ By adding a scent (organic aroma oil produced by Fair Trade from India) to the shared space, we provide care that reaches everyone.
♡ To make your short stay in Japan more comfortable, we provide you free wifi during your visit to osteopathy, acupuncture and moxibusition clinic, and to all other users and staff without any boundary.
♡ Using translation tools, etc., we find out the skills of foreign nationals who have a short period of stay in Japan and outsource their work. Not only do we strive to create open employment regardless of nationality, but we also utilize our language skills to broaden our horizons and experiences with overseas businesses, exchanges, and events.
♡ We hosted massage classes and cultural exchanges at a school for the visually impaired in India. From Japan, students from the Special Needs Education School for the Visually Impaired, University of Tsukuba are participating. Many other lectures and events related to traditional medicine have been held in Europe, America and Asia from 2013 to the present. https://www.gakko.otsuka.tsukuba.ac.jp/筑波大学附属視覚特別支援学校の生徒がインド共
♡ We offer health care classes in Japanese for Japanese people staying abroad.
♡ These activities are mixed in the same space, but for those who do not have access to the bases of the Ariakedo Group, we also offer online health care education by Ayurveda. Since we have given many lectures, events, and treatments to introduce oriental medicine overseas, we will also introduce healthcare in India, which is a partner country, in Japan.
♡ The staff in charge of various services also provide individual skills such as Judo rehabilitation teacher, acupuncture and moxibustion massager, shiatsu teacher, chiropractor, beginner training, motor function recovery trainer, dental hygienist, medical doctor, service manager, licensed cook, pastry chef, programmer, etc. They coexist by influencing each other. We also provide support for work shifts that enable the work styles of the industry-leading child-rearing generation. Furthermore, the staff of the Ariakedo Group are placed in an environment based on the presence of elderly people, people with disabilities, families with infants, foreigners, etc.
Through these activities and the basic environment, we aim to deliver health care to as many people as possible by helping to remove barriers as much as possible.
